1. Eligibility

   • This promotion is open to customers who own an AcuFlow pump with a valid serial number.

   • Employees, distributors, affiliates of AcuFlow, and repair centers are not eligible to participate.

   • Serial numbers must be registered on AcuFlow’s designated promotion page to qualify.

   • All registered serial numbers are subject to verification through email and phone number.

2. Promotion Period

   • The promotion begins immediately and ends on December 31, 2024.

   • Registrations or forum sign-ups received after this date will not be eligible for the promotion.

3. Offer Details

   • Participants will receive one complimentary diaphragm upon successful registration of their pump’s serial number.

   • The diaphragm will be shipped within 2–4 weeks of registration, subject to availability.

4. Bonus Offer: Forum Participation

   • Participants who join the AcuFlow Online Forum using the same email address as their serial number registration will qualify for an additional complimentary diaphragm.

   • The additional diaphragm will be for the same pump with the registered serial number.

5. One Entry Per Serial Number

   • Each valid serial number is eligible for one complimentary diaphragm and one forum bonus only.

   • Duplicate registrations using the same serial number will be voided.

6. Shipping and Handling

   • Complimentary diaphragms will be shipped to the location where the physical pump is located and was provided during registration.

   • Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous states. Additional charges may apply for international shipments.

7. Disqualification

   • Participants submitting false or misleading information, including invalid serial numbers, will be disqualified.

   • Any attempt to abuse the promotion, such as registering pumps not owned by the participant’s company or business, will result in immediate disqualification.

8. Privacy

   • By registering for this promotion, participants consent to AcuFlow using their information for processing the promotion and for product updates or offers.

   • AcuFlow will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. General Terms

   • This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other products.

   • Participants are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable in their region.

   • AcuFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

    • AcuFlow is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided during registration or unforeseen circumstances in shipping.

    • The company is not liable for loss or damage of products during transit.
