To further support you, we highly recommend that you stock essential service kits, especially if your facility operates multiple AcuFlow pumps. Having these kits readily available allows for quick, on-site maintenance, further minimizing delays in your processes.

Should you need to send your pump to our facility for service or a complete rebuild, the Acuflow Support team will manage the process from start to finish. Warranty

AcuFlow warrants its products against defects in workmanship or material under specified use and service for a period of 18 months from the start up or two years from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first. The obligation and liability of AcuFlow are limited to repairing or replacing (at its option) such allegedly defective goods as are returned to AcuFlow’s facility. No liability is assumed for removal or reinstallation costs, freight to and from AcuFlow’s facility, warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose except as specified. Liability for consequential damages (including personal injury) is hereby excluded; liability, in any event, is limited to the original purchase price of the goods involved.

Warranty on equipment and accessories furnished by outside manufacturers shall be limited to the warranty of the respective equipment and / or accessory manufacturer of such units.

Defects shall not include decomposition by abrasion, chemical action, water or caused by the presence of materials or conditions not specified. AcuFlow will not be responsible for the work performed by others. AcuFlow reserves the right to void applicable warranties if work by others is determined by AcuFlow to be improperly executed or not required.
