Designed from the ground up for high pressure–low flow applications, AcuFlow’s Series 900 is the lowest flow diaphragm chemical injection pump on the market, with flows down to 0.01 GPH (less than 40 mL/hr). Made in compliance with API 675, the Series 900 can pump flow capacities up to 6.5 GPH at pressures as high as 3,000 PSI.

AcuFlow delivers customized chemical injection solutions for your choice of model depending on your application, whether it’s in oil & gas, pharmaceutical, food, or other chemical dosing industries. With a turndown ratio of 10:1, the Series 900 chemical injection pump delivers a chemical metering pump accuracy of ±1% with options for manual and auto capacity controls.

Like all AcuFlow chemical injection pumps, the Series 900 comes equipped with a built-in internal safety relief valve to prevent over pressurization. Its gear drive is fully enclosed and bathed in oil, reducing friction and protecting the internals of the pump from harsh environments. The metering pump diaphragm provides accurately controlled amounts of chemicals and require significantly less maintenance than peristaltic pump tubes. This low-maintenance and long-lasting design makes the AcuFlow Series 900 positive displacement chemical injection pump one of the most reliable and efficient low flow metering pumps. Complies with API 675 standards for positive displacement pumps.

Liquid Handling Options:

Tubular

  • For liquids with suspended solids/slurries that may clog. Also good for high viscosity liquids.

Degassing Valve

  • Some challenging liquids can cause air locking due to off-gassing. Our pump head with degassing valve ensures accurate and consistent pumping by letting out gas bubbles from the pump head.

Double Ball Check Valve

  • An added measure of assurance that you have the position valve shut off.

Tungsten Carbide Valve Balls

  • For abrasive liquids

 

Leak Detection Options:

Leak Detection

  • There are two types of leak detection options available with AcuFlow pumps.

Conductive

  • Conductivity probe between 2 diaphragms to sense any break or rupture.

Vacuum

  • Uses a vacuum switch between 2 diaphragms to sense any rupture or failure.
