    • This promotion is valid only for new customers placing their first order with AcuFlow.

    • Employees, distributors, affiliates of AcuFlow, and repair centers are not eligible to participate.

    • Orders must be placed through official AcuFlow channels, including the website, authorized sales representatives, or direct contact with our customer service team.

    2. Promotion Period

    • The promotion begins immediately and ends on December 31, 2024.

    • Orders must be completed and fully paid by the end date to qualify.

    3. Offer Details

    • New customers will receive free shipping on their first pump order.

    • Free shipping applies exclusively to deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States.

    • Standard shipping methods will be used. Expedited shipping or delivery to locations outside the specified area may incur additional fees.

    4. Verification

    • AcuFlow reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants as new customers.

    • Customers who have previously placed an order with AcuFlow are not eligible for this promotion.

    5. Shipping and Handling

    • Free shipping covers only the cost of standard shipping. AcuFlow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

    7. Exclusions

    • The promotion does not cover accessories, parts, or other non-pump products.

    • AcuFlow is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused during the shipping process once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
